Your Organization Profile is the foundation of your Fan Engagement Platform. It controls how your platform looks and how Yepple can reach you. Keep this information accurate; your team colors, logos, and timezone directly affect how your platform appears to fans and how events are displayed.
Team ID Your unique identifier within the Yepple ecosystem. This field is read-only and can only be changed by a member of the Yepple support team.
Official Team Name Your team’s full official name. This is displayed across your Fan Engagement Platform, as well as within the Yepple ecosystem (this is how other organization will see you named as when create events of their own).
It is important to keep this information up to date and accurate, as it directly affects fans and other organizations within your league.
Team Nickname A shortened or informal version of your team name.
Timezone Select the timezone your team operates in. This is important as it affects how events and schedules are displayed to your fans.
Locale Select your preferred language and regional format.
Primary Color (Light / Dark) Your main brand color, used as the dominant color across your platform.
Secondary Color (Light / Dark) Your supporting brand color, used as an accent alongside your primary color.
Updating your team colors will affect the card colors on your platform.
Light Logo Used when your platform is displayed in light mode.
Dark Logo Used when your platform is displayed in dark mode.
Minimum size: 256x256px, Maximum file size: 2MB
Primary Contact The main point of contact for your organization. Yepple may use this contact to reach out regarding your account or platform.
Email The email address associated with your primary contact. This field is read-only and is automatically updated based on the primary contact selected.
Media links populate the footer of your Fan Engagement Platform, giving fans easy access to your social channels and other online presences.
The following link types are supported: Website, Email, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
To add a new link, click + Add and select the link type from the dropdown, then enter the corresponding URL or handle.
To remove a link, click the ✕ next to the relevant entry.
