The Marketing Leads tab is where you can view and export all fans who have provided marketing consent through your Fan Engagement Platform’s activations — such as giveaways and other engagement widgets.

Viewing Your Leads

Navigate to the Marketing tab in the left navigation bar to see your full leads table. Each row represents a fan who has opted in to marketing communications, and includes the following information:
  • First and Last name
  • Email Address and Phone number
  • Date that marketing consent was provided

Exporting Your Leads

To export your leads for use in a CRM or any other third party tool, click the Export CSV button in the top right corner of the page. This will download a CSV file containing all of your current leads.
